Q: What is a pool going to cost?
A: That depends on many things. View our to help determine what features are most important to you.
Here is a general guide to budgeting for your pool:
Budget Ranges:
$30,000 – $45,000
Pool only with no spa starting from basic up to including water-features and other upgraded finish and equipment options
$45,000 – $55,000
Pool with attached spa and varying size and decking amounts and may include a water-feature or upgraded finish or equipment options
$55,000 – $70,000
Pool with attached spa, water-feature(s) and upgraded finish and equipment options
$70,000+
Pool with spa, water-feature(s), upgraded finish and equipment options and other custom features
Q: Can you help with financing?
A: Yes! We can recommend quick and easy financing options from personal loans to home improvement loans. We can work with those institutions to make sure they have everything they need to process your loan in a timely manner.
Q: How much maintenance do pool require?
A: Less than you think! You will have a few weekly items such as water testing and clearing skimmer and pump baskets but the efficiency of our systems and equipment cut back enormously on the time and energy you will need to spend.
Q: Will I have help with the start-up of my pool?
A: Yes! We have a water chemistry and equipment maintenance expert who will personally walk you through the operation and other details to familiarize you with navigating your equipment.
Q: How long can I expect the design process to take?
A: Because our designs are completely custom, it may take up to a week to receive initial images back from our design consultant. From that point the designer can work with you on any desired revisions until your vision of the perfect pool design has been achieved.
Q: Do you handle city permits and/or Homeowner’s Association approvals?
A: We apply for the building permits and send in the application for your Homeowner’s Association and plans for you. Generally, the city may take up to two weeks for approval but homeowner’s associations can vary from one week up to 60 days depending on the association you are a part of.
